Welcome to Designer Bernedoodles Canada, we are registered and experienced (over 20 years experience) micro Bernedoodle and Mini Bernedoodle breeders in B.C Canada. We have recently branched from Designer Doodles Canada ( Rated Top 9 best breeders of Bernedoodles in Canada!) to have a website solely focused on micro and Mini Bernedoodles as well as the incredibly RARE Mini and Micro St Berdoodle and mini St Bernedoodle. We do at times have other doodle puppy breeds available. We are located in Princeton British Columbia which is just a three hour drive from the Vancouver coast in the beautiful Southern Okanagan . We specialize in breeding miniature statured Bernedoodles and Saint Berdoodle puppies as well as other doodles that are perfect for families living in any size home. Everyone loves Bernedoodles however, not everyone has space for a standard sized Bernedoodle. We breed Mini / Micro Bernedoodles and Mini / Micro St Berdoodles that will fit and cuddle right up on the couch with you!! We are members in good standing with the National Ethical Breeders association. As ethical mini / micro Bernedoodle breeders and micro Teddy St Berdoodle breeders we strive to produce the best doodle puppies with all focus on intelligence, temperament, conformation, and most importantly health. We raise our puppies on our 20 acre property inside our home or in the home of their guardian families until the puppies are ready to go to their new homes at the age of 8 weeks and beyond. The parents to all of our puppies are genetically health tested and have been chosen for their great temperaments and excellent health. We are very happy to announce we have extended our breeding program to also include mini and micro Teddy Saint Berdoodles.

Tiny Bernedoodles or sometimes known as F1b Tiny Bernedoodles consists of breeding a F1 mini Bernedoodle to a toy Poodle, resulting in a 25% Bernese Mountain Dog and 75% Poodle. Being that this breed consists of 75% Poodle it is known that they are more likely to be compatible with people who suffer with allergies. Mini / micro teddy Saint Berdoodle breeders

Teddy St Berdoodles are VERY hard to find and are one of the rarest doodle breeds in Canada. They are quickly growing in popularity due to their gentil and loyal qualities making them a fantastic family pet.

Teddy St Berdoodle puppies ,also known as the nanny doodles are produced by breeding a mini St Berdoodle and a miniature or toy Poodle.

Due to their calm demeanor and love for children they have been nicknamed the nanny doodle. Very similar to Bernedoodles they

are a friendly and a calmer doodle breed without the drooling and excessive shedding of the lovable Saint Bernard.

A Bernedoodle is produced by breeding a Bernese Mountain dog and a Poodle. There are many different sizes of Bernedoodles . There are also different generations of Bernedoodles .

what is the difference between f1 and f1b bernedoodle ?

The difference between a F1 Bernedoodle and a F1B Bernedoodle is that F1 is the initial first generation of the Bernedoodle, which is 50% Bernese Mountain dog and 50% Poodle while the F1B Bernedoodle generation is 75% Poodle and 25% Bernese Mountain Dog.

Do Bernedoodles shed ?

First generation or F1 Bernedoodles are known to shed very little to not at all. F1B Bernedoodles , on the other hand, are likely to not shed at all due to the higher percentage of Poodle in their genetics.

Are bernedoodles hypoallergenic ?

Bernedoodles tend to be more hypoallergenic than other dog breeds due to the Poodle genes .Poodles are considered hypoallergenic and non-shedding. Depending on the generation of your Bernedoodle , some Bernedoodles will be more hypoallergenic than others. It highly is dependent on the amount of Poodle genetics that your Bernedoodle inherits and the coat type of the Bernedoodle .

The mini Bernedoodle is known to be fond of children as well and make a great choice if you’re looking for a goofy play pal .
